IDB Lisbon - Innovation and Design Building Lisbon is a place where innovation meets the next generation of office life in Lisbon for our tenants and the city. An inclusive community, where the tenants and visitors are able to connect, collaborate and be inspired.

The building history dates back to the end of the 1960s, and has been the home to a variety of industries anchored by automobile manufacturing and sales for many years. Our current tenant roster includes insurance, digital providers, consumer insights, airlines, public entities, social services and a professional school. A tenant mix that is unparalleled.

IDB rooftop is a project that celebrates the much needed social aspect of life and add a dynamic to the office building that creates interactions amongst the tenancy but also welcomes the public to experience good food, art and music.
